WHY WE GIVE

Giving is central to the Christian life, and it reaches far beyond our finances. God calls His people to steward everything He has placed in our care (Luke 19:11–27). Our time, abilities, relationships, work, resources, and even our lives belong to Him. As Peter writes, “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms… so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 4:10–11). Financial generosity is one way we live this out, but it is part of a larger calling to live as faithful stewards of all God has given us.
