Membership at Fairway
We believe that Christian Baptism is by the immersion in water of a believer, in the name of the Father, and Son, and Holy Spirit; to show forth, in a solemn and beautiful emblem, our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior, with its effect in our death to sin and resurrection to a new life; that it is prerequisite to the privileges of a Church relation; and to the Lord’s Supper. Only those who have been baptized as believers can pursue membership and partake of the Lord’s Supper.

Becoming a Member

The first step in pursuing membership at Fairway is attending our Fairway 101 Class.
  • Attending Fairway 101 does not commit you to membership. It is an informational meeting covering our distinctives, leadership, and membership.
  • We offer Membership Classes every other month.
  • Register here for our next class.
Upon the completion of a Fairway 101 class, we will need:
  • A completed membership application.
In the interview, we will discuss:
  • Your testimony and conversion.
  • Your understanding of the gospel.
  • Any questions that you may have about Fairway.
This is simply a chance for us to get to know you—think of it more like a conversation and less like a job interview.
  • Upon the affirmation of the elders, they will recommend you to the congregation for membership.
  • Our members will then vote to affirm you during a members' meeting.
